This was the first destination of my trip. The gentleman, cannot remember his name (blonde guy light eyes), was very informative. He was very gracious when I tried on a couple of shoes and chose not to purchase. There is a snippet of style for each person and brand. Online is more plentiful but you get a good variety of casual to sportswear to trendy. Because of his excellent service, I came back to purchase a pair of Pharrell/Humanmade NMDs. When I made the purchase, he was not there, but I give him credit for me being a return guest. It was a great first impression of the city for a first visit.

Politics continues to blow every other sneaker shop in New Orleans out of the water. From a personnel perspective it starts from the top and trickles down. The customer service is excellent- approachable and responsive. Derek the owner truly cares about the customer experience and clearly instills this value in his employees as well. I've had several very positive encounters with their staff even when I'm just coming through browsing and not buying anything. I've been in Orleans 1 year and this continues to be my favorite shop to roll through when I've got the day off. Their streetwear selection is pretty great as well; overall very clean store, no one pressuring you to buy but happy to help. Thanks politics, "Go 'n' get yo money lil' duffle bag boy!"

Dope sneaker and fashion stop. Best modern merch selection. Staff is super friendly and down to earth unlike most uppity sneaker boutiques. Politics is A plus

The shoes are always at a reasonable price. The street wear is always fresh and cycles constantly. The staff at this particular location are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. By far my favorite store in New Orleans.

Cool vibe. Expert help. Didn’t find what I was looking for. But not at all due to a lack of effort on the part of the gentleman I was working with. Highly recommend.

Photography from online will always give you a great look to what you’re getting. Staff is super helpful when I call to ask a question. Products always 100% authentic! They’re one of the best in the business. Shop with them

I ordered a pair of sneakers online and I am not totally sure which location to dedicate this review too, but the service was so fast and helpful. There was a mix up with my delivery address and their team was able to contact me, get the correct address, and ship the shoes out all within 24 hours. Excellent service and products from all my previous experiences with Politics
